In the Management module, all of the lease administration, lease analysis, tenant billing and retail sales analysis are performed here. The features available in Management are very robust and numerous. The primary factor which influences all areas of Management is the degree of date sensitivity associated with each property, each unit, each tenant, each lease and each charge billed to the tenant. Because almost every item in Management contains both start and stop dates, this provides the ultimate in flexibility and control for reporting not only current information, but, it allows recreation of history as it occurred at the time. This capability is very convenient when you must produce an accurate and complete rent roll of a property for some prior period even when tenants have expanded or contracted their space and the property has expanded or contracted during the same period.
