Repair and Maintenance of assets and equipment is a significant issue every day, no matter whether you or the Tenant is responsible. 

 

The optional RPM - RePair & Maintenance module will allow you to keep track of Equipment, Manufacturer, Model Numbers, Serial Numbers, Warranties and Recurring Scheduled Maintenance, along with details of what needs to be done and when.

 

It prints Work Orders with Tasks to be performed and when they were completed, and allows for immediate generation of Work Orders on-the-fly.

 

This module is integrated with the core of CenterSoft™ by connecting to various Cardfiles (such as Companies, Properties, Tenants, Units and Vendors) and even  has its own Documents section, allowing you to link digital images of documents such as Warranties, Owners Manuals, etc., in formats such as Word .doc or Adobe .PDF files.
